A few notes to remember:

• Each signed in member will only be able to add up to FOUR players including themselves
 
• When registering for this event, you will need to know the names and handicaps of the players. If you do not have them yet, please put down Company Guest as the name and fill in the information with your best guess. We will need this information no later than the end of June.
 
• In the registration process, make sure you have filled out all the information and hit submit. You should receive a confirmation as well. We know it sells fast; however it is important to make sure you complete all the steps

• If you have a special request (beyond allergies/dietary), please email Ashley at admin@boma.ca after you have registered and we will follow up with you.

• Foursomes are randomly selected. Special requests are at the discretion of the BOMA Golf Committee.

• There is no ATM at the course. You will need cash for mulligans, raffle tickets and the food and beverage carts on the courses. All proceeds from the mulligans and raffle ticket sales go to The BOMA Calgary Foundation.

Cancellation Policy

A refund, less a $50 administration fee, will be available prior to 12:00 (noon) on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. No refunds will be issued after 12:00 (noon) on August 5th 2015. Name substitutions for golf tee times will only be accepted until 12:00 (noon), August 5th, 2015. Payment in full must be received by close of business August 5th, 2015 otherwise your place is relinquished and will be assigned to a golfer from the wait list.

BOMA Calgary encourages you to drink responsibly. BOMA Calgary is not responsible for your transportation to and from the Golf Tournament; however if you have consumed alcohol and are not able to drive, the members of the BOMA Calgary Golf Committee will assist you in making other arrangements. Please see a committee member at the dinner if you require assistance.

By attending the event you consent to and authorize the use of any and all photography and/or videography that has been taken for any purpose, without compensation. All digital image and/or video files are wholly owned by BOMA Calgary, who reserves the right to use these images and/ or video for publications and social media. If you do not feel comfortable with your image being captured and used, please contact the BOMA Office before the event.
