Professional Development Session - Extended DISC
BOMA Calgary, in collaboration with Stillwater Coaching Ltd., is again pleased to offer
a 2-hour workshop on the Extended DISC
on Thursday, January 29th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
This workshop will explore the Extended DISC framework and how to identify and understand the characteristics of your own behavioral styles and the styles of others. Participants will also learn practical tips on how to communicate the most effectively with others based upon their DISC style. Each participant will receive their own personal Extended DISC report.

Industry Experience
Since 2004, Barb has worked with emerging, developing and seasoned leaders and their teams throughout Western Canada in the oil and gas industry, natural resources, manufacturing, transportation, land development and housing, government, advanced education, professional associations and the not-for-profit sector.

· Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation
· Graduate Certificate Program in Executive Coaching Program from Royal Roads University
· Graduate Certificate Program in Human Resources from The University of Toronto
· BA in Social Sciences from The University of Western Ontario

· Member of the Business & Professional Women’s Club of Calgary
· Certified in a variety of assessment tools included the Extended DISC, Birkman, Firo-B, Emotional Quotient Inventory Workplace and 360, Influencing Styles and Management Research Group (MRG)’s suite of assessment.
