                                                   The Session hosted by Oxford Properties

Effective leaders have the ability to influence others. Learn about the various influencing styles which include both the strengths and blind spots of each style. Based upon a self-assessment, each participant will receive their own report outlining their preferred influencing style and how to best leverage their style to effectively influence others. This interactive session will help the participants to become even more effective in inspiring and motivating others.

Our member-based committees are a critical part of BOMA Calgary’s success. In many cases property management professionals are put in charge of individuals and teams without the directed training needed to lead.

We want to contribute to the professional growth of our committee members by offering a Professional Development Series. We encourage you to attend all of sessions in the series in order to enrich the learning; however, each session is offered as a separate session. You will receive the following in each session of the series:

  •  Individualized Assessment Report;
  • Engaging and interactive application of the core concepts;
  •  Lunch and networking opportunities;
  • $250 value; three hour facilitated session.
