To reserve a table:  Tables can be reserved for a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 10. *Tables cannot be reserved before the registration. Please register first to be able to book your table.

Drink Tickets: They are available with your luncheon registration in increments of 5. They MUST be paid prior to the luncheon or you will not receive them at registration. Tickets will be available at registration only those who have purchased them unless otherwise arranged with Ashley Grennier.

There won't be table wine. Instead everyone will receive a glass of wine upon entrance compliments of Imperial Parking Canada Corporation. If you would like to order table wine, please provide your server with drink tickets. Bottles can be purchased with 4 - 6 drink tickets.

Parking:

Parking in the vicinity of the Westin can be challenging. We suggest you plan to arrive early, and if you are traveling from outside the core, find a way by car-pooling, taxi, or transit. Please keep in mind that the new limit for alcohol consumption is .05 so we strongly urge everyone to be safe and responsible this holiday season.
