BOMA Calgary’s Government Affairs Committee is partnering with Astra Group, Peoplefirst Developments to bring you a site tour of the office-to-residential conversion of the Petro Fina Tower. As part of the City of Calgary’s downtown office conversion program, the Tower, originally purpose built in 1959, will see 175,000 square feet of commercial office space converted into approximately 103 residential units. Join us to check out this heritage conversion and chat with the Astra team about the challenges that come with modernizing a property while maintaining historic architectural details.

Following the tour, there will be a networking session at Unfiltered on the second floor of the Cornerstone building. Food and drinks will be provided.
