Stefanie Shanahan CPHR, SHRM SCP, Director, Human Resources, Canadian Office Division – Brookfield Properties

Stefanie Shanahan is the Director of Human Resources at Brookfield Properties based in Calgary, Alberta. With more than a decade of experience in Human Resources in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Canada and the US, she brings expertise in organization effectiveness, talent development, talent acquisition, and people operations. Stefanie focuses on building open and trusting relationships with employees that foster belonging; ensuring that every individual understands where they fit, how they contribute, and their path for growth.


Stefanie earned her Bachelor of Commerce with distinction in Human Resources Management from the University of Alberta. She also holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Designation in Canada and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in the United States.

 

Kyle Kalloo PCC, CTMC, Associate, Chief Executive Officer, Strategic Leadership Coach – Change My Life Coaching

Kyle is a dynamic and experienced executive coach and strategic leader. Kyle helps to develop his clients’ ability to persuade and connect. Kyle will help Leaders discover what motivates their teams, help them identify the roadblocks and hold space for the framework and tools to create change. Coming from nearly nothing, being born and partially raised in Jamaica, he's learnt that personal accountability and resourcefulness are two, often overlooked, keys to success. Kyle has held executive roles with McDonald's, Paramount, WestJet, and other companies across North America. Now, he is the CEO of a 3-time, award-winning coaching and consulting firm. He is an exceptional team facilitator, coach, and consultant who spotlights team cohesion without sacrificing operational demands.

 

David Little, Senior Manager – HAYS

David has worked in recruitment for over 8 years, starting out in the UK before emigrating to Calgary in 2018. Since arriving he has built his knowledge and reputation in the Real Estate Market becoming a trusted advisor in the Alberta market. He has based here in Calgary and specializes solely in the Property and Real Estate market in Alberta. He has helped over 100 individuals find new opportunities and partnered with numerous organizations to help them find that “hard to reach” talent. He prides himself on his core values of honesty and integrity and in his spare time enjoys spending time in the mountains, hiking and exploring with his young family.
