The BOMA Leadership Development Series introduces participants to powerful tools and
techniques that allow leaders to navigate a dynamic business environment. Most importantly, the
tools and techniques can be used immediately with a positive impact at work as well as at home and
in your community.

Three days: June 7th, 15th & 21st 12pm PDT / 1pm MST / 2pm CDT
Each session is 2.5 hours

Zoom platform features breakout rooms, polls & large group discussions
Session 1: Learn the foundational elements of leadership, through KESA’s Triage Leadership model
Session 2: Introduction of elements required to lead in a team environment
Session 3: Explore the importance of thinking and acting strategically, as well as leading in an environment
of constant change
