The Ampersand (112 4 Ave SW) is an A-class complex featuring three 28 storey towers offering over 1.1 million square feet of space between them. The complex is connected to the +15 network through both the TransCanada building and the James Short Parkade. Upon purchase in 2018 Aspen began to reposition the plaza, adding 57,000 square feet of amenities, most of which are tenant exclusive.
