BOMA Calgary and Tyler Grant, Safety Codes Officer with the Calgary Fire Department will be putting on a presentation regarding the new reporting requirements on Life Safety Systems and Fire Codes. During this presentation you will learn about new reporting requirements on fire alarms, sprinkler systems, special suppression, emergency generators, private hydrants, fire pumps, standpipe systems, and more.

Tyler’s extensive background includes 18 years of experience as a fire fighter; 11 years with the Calgary Fire Department; 7 years as a Safety Codes Officer; 3 Years with the Fire Enforcement and Compliance Team and he also holds 2 post-secondary degrees (BA & MA).

This short presentation will be taking place on Tuesday, June 12^th from 8:30-9 am with a Q&A period immediately following.
