Commercial and Residential Landlord Eviction

This 1 hour session will provide you with information pertaining to how a residential or commercial landlord can terminate a lease and retake their real property. Information will be provided for both commercial evictions and residential evictions, and how they are enforced. Details will included RTA legislation and applicable court orders.
